Renne

Renne —  Racine Wisconsin — Aponi Salon

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 30 years. I graduated from IBA Technical College at the age of 20. I found my first job at an esteemed salon. I was hired to assist a mother-to-be as a shampoo girl and also helping the large salon with various tasks. I was taken under the wing of the owner with one-on-one training to sharpen my skills. I was employed at that location for 18 years before going out on my own. 


The past 12 years I’ve worked behind the chair as a small business owner doing booth rental and also at two other large salons where I found my love for Aveda products. With a helping hand and an opportunity, I went on to finish my career as a salon owner, opening Aponi Salon in 2018. 


One thing holds true – my love for the beauty industry holds strong. I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, and dog mother. I love animals, music, food, wine, long drives in the sun, gardening, vacations, and time with family and friends. I’ve spent most of my life building lasting relationships with clients who have become a large part of my life.

I have been doing hair for 25 years. My favorite part of the job is being able to help people feel good and feel beautiful. I enjoy listening to my clients and developing a relationship with each one of them. 


I love to spend time with friends and family. 

Tiffany

Tiffany —  Racine Wisconsin — Aponi Salon

I have been in the beauty industry for 18 years. In my time spent doing hair, I have become certified in extensions and well as Keratin treatments. I love all aspects of the industry and stay busy accommodating all types of hair textures and services. I am a mother of three young children, two of them being twins. When I'm not working my favorite pastimes are spent amongst family and friends. I am blessed with a very close knit family and all weekends are spent making memories. I love water, boating, water sports, waterskiing, sports in general, margaritas, dancing, shopping with my mom, celebrating birthdays, and most of all my husband and family who are my world.

Leanne

Leanne —  Racine Wisconsin — Aponi Salon

I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness and have been behind the chair for 20 years. I love giving each guest the unique Aveda experience and rituals. I specialize in razor cutting and scissor-over-comb cuts. 


I work long days to be able to fulfill my second passion for travel and letting my animals live their best lives. 

Casey

Casey —  Racine Wisconsin — Aponi Salon

I am third generation in the beauty industry, behind the chair for 22 years. I love that my career is ever-changing; things don’t stay the same for long, and education is endless. I try my best to be a listener and realistic goal setter for my clients in helping them achieve their personal style. 


I love to spend time at home with my family or watching my kids play sports. I also enjoy shopping for new plants and rescuing all the animals.

Our Salon and Spa Policies

We at Aponi Salon are so glad you booked a service with us. We can’t wait to see you!


Reading through our policies will help us to serve you better. We request that our guests arrive a little early for their scheduled appointment.  Call if you have any questions.

Refund Policy

Because of our thorough consultation process, there are no service refunds for any reason. However, we’ll try to correct any issue the best we can to make sure you’re satisfied. Upon checkout, we do highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment to ensure a convenient time.

Late/Cancellations

If you’re running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest.

Consultations

All services begin with a consultation, the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what each client is expecting. 


As wishes are discussed, we ask our clients to voice any issues, concerns, allergies, or medical conditions. We’re here for you and want you to be 100 percent satisfied.


Our service providers also offer product recommendations as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used.


We’ll do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

Exchanges

Concerning purchases, we’ll gladly exchange an unused Aveda product that was purchased in our salon for another product. Promotional pricing will not be extended.

Guest Safety

To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, and to allow us to give each client our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. All other guests are asked to wait in the reception area, as required by our insurance provider.


Children are not allowed in the spa at any time and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate, or be turned off to ensure that all our clients receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. Two-way communication devices are also requested to be in “off” mode. Please refrain from talking on speaker settings to allow other guests the relaxation of their own service.

Miscellaneous and Payments

Aponi Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and cash are all accepted methods of payment. A $25 charge will be assessed for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

Aponi Salon is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, full- or part-time cosmetologist who is a team player. Our superior front desk staff helps support the team by providing our customers with the help they need for scheduling, checking in, refreshments, and answering questions they may have.
